"Skull Island's Stupid Cousin"

Film: Unknown Island (1947)

Alias: Apatosaurus, Dimetrodon, Ceratosaurus, Meat-eating Megatherium

Type: Ancient

Location: Forest/Desert

Height/Weight: Ranges from that of a car to that of a small building.

Affiliation: Neutral

Summary: Well there's something you don't see every day. A movie in the pre-60's that's totally in color. That must mean this film is going to be really impressive, right? Oh, you poor, naive little ones...

History: Somewhere in the French-Polynesian isles, there is a place that has not changed for millions of years. It is a cornucopia of species that all existed at way different times. But be warned, because even the creatures we've accepted as herbivores have unhappy surprises in store. As proven by the big gori-I mean sloth.

Notable Kills: See Final Fate.

Final Fate: Several Ceratosaurs are shot, while one is violently shoved off a cliff by the goril-DAMMIT! I meant sloth.

Powers/Abilities: Nothing except brute strength.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 2-We dare you to take a good long look at the Ceratosaurs and not burst into laughter. From their lobotomized-looking faces to their incessant honking to their waddling, they might be the poorest excuse for theropods in film ever (maybe). As for everyone else, pretty alright, but dear God, WE CAN TELL THAT YOU'RE RIDING THE COATAILS OF KING KONG, SO STOP CALLING THAT GORILLA A SLOTH!!!!!!

Trivia: -The actual Megatherium of South America was not only a vegetarian, but one of the more unique mammals of the Cenozoic era. It had large claws for grasping food and swiping at attackers, and was around twice the size of a car.

-The purpose of the Ceratosaurus nasal horn has been a subject of hot debate, with some saying that it's a specialized weapon while others say that it's used for mating rights. The latter theory has been given much more support as of recently.

Wait, that Dimetrodon got a poster cameo?

It's Tyrant Lizard King, you idiot!

See? THOSE are Tyrannosauruses.

Still less fake than the Ceratosaurs.
No Smilodons or accurate Megatheriums, actually.

The film as done by Ozzy Osbourne.

"Durrrr..."

Even LESS accurate Megatherium.

"My name, good sir, is NOT Sid."

Can we go back to the Lost World now?

The fight between 2 embarrassments begins!
